About Bayshore Realty

Bayshore Realty is a locally owned Morro Bay real estate company founded by Dan Reddell and staffed by longtime Central Coast. Dan founded Bayshore Realty in 1997 after a building and real estate career that started in 1970 when he graduated from Cal Poly. He personally selects his staff from people whom he has known a long time and can trust completely. His goal is to provide the best possible customer service. Dan does not have a single agent that would put a commission ahead of the customer's best interest. Most of us have lived in all the local communities at one time or another.

The Bayshore Realty team knows the market, knows real estate, and knows how to please our customers. We deal in Morro Bay real estate, Cayucos real estate, Cambria real estate, Los Osos real estate, Arroyo Grande real estate, Atascadero real estate, Avila Beach real estate, Grover Beach real estate, Lake Nacimiento real estate, Nipomo real estate, Oceano real estate, Paso Robles real estate, Pismo Beach real estate, San Luis Obispo real estate, Santa Margarita real estate, Santa Maria real estate, and Templeton real estate

Monica King is a broker and co-owner of San Luis Obispo Realty. She has worked in Real Estate for over a decade. While at Century 21 she received the prestigious Centurion Award for 9 consecutive years. While with RE/MAX she earned membership in the Top Producer's platinum Club in only 7 months. After receiving her broker's license Monica decided to open an independent Real Estate office with partners who she worked with during her years at Century 21. Monica specializes in residential sales but also works with clients who invest in multifamily and commercial properties. She has represented many clients who have bought and sold rural properties including vineyards and farms. She also has experience with land development deals and has worked on a variety of projects. Over all She loves real estate and enjoys the challenges of learning with each and every experience.

Above all else the most important thing in Monica's life is her family. She is very close to her grown children and her 4 grandchildren. She often says "I am blessed to have a close and loving family, there is nothing more important in life than my loved ones!"

Monica views her clients as an extension of her family and they often become friends. Working so closely with my clients usually creates a bond that is very real and it makes the process so much more personal. "I feel very fortunate to have a loyal and trusting clientele". Because of their support and the love of my family I feel truly blessed. I am thankful for each day in this gorgeous community and for each opportunity to reach for and achieve new levels of success.

Janne' has an intuitive ability to understand what a customer really wants or needs.

"One of the reasons that I enjoy the hunt for a perfect home for my special clients is that I just plain love to look at houses! Most of all I like to get a good bargain! I have enjoyed shopping for houses for others. A bargain is always great as an added pleasure!

I keep close tabs on every home in our area. I am constantly monitoring the updates, short sales, foreclosures, price changes and any news that comes up about local houses.

I am able to put my clients on a program called "Client Portal" It automatically notifies my clients about all new listings they specifically want to see in real time.

I always work with my clients to make sure that I am doing what they want me to. I don't enjoy being an agent that is high pressure or in any way steps over the line with what my clients want me to do. It's interesting but I find that honesty, trust and an enthusiasm shared is so much fun and rewarding both ways!

I love to list houses as well. I have a theory about the feelings surrounding selling a home. It's a step into a new life, a new time and sometimes it's about letting go of the old life and memories as well. It can be a very emotional time for families that either have to sell and are feeling the loss or are excited to find a new home and will be stepping into a happy new change. I try to understand the dynamic and to help as I can. Since I have been doing this for some time, I have learned how the explain the changes coming up and the feelings that may pop up out of nowhere! My clients mean everything to me so I try my best to make any new change a good experience.

I hope you will call me whether buying or selling a home. Can't wait to meet you!

    All my best!

Please let me introduce myself. My name is Ken Vesterfelt. I love living in Morro Bay with my wife Heather. I was born in Canada and became a USA citizen in 2000. When I first came to Morro Bay, I specialized in building houses. My last big project was the 16 unit condo and 3 commercial units at 600 Morro Bay Blvd. I also combined real estate with building, but I love real estate so that is my specialty now.

I also love our community. I am on the Board of Directors for the Morro Bay Car Show held on the first weekend of every May. I serve on the Board of Directors for the Friends of the Morro Bay Fire Department and the Police Chief's Advisory Board. I also serve as a Morro Bay police volunteer since 2001 and the Sheriff's Auxillary Volunteer Police with the County of San Luis Obispo.

Please let me help you find your dream home. I know the market and would love to share my knowledge with you. Thanks, Ken Vesterfelt

My family and I have lived in Morro Bay for 38 years. We came here from Santa Barbara where I sold yachts. I have been a full-time Realtor selling homes and commercial properties on the Central Coast since 1986.

I spend my free time working for our community. I have been awarded Morro Bay Citizen of the Year and Police Volunteer of the Year. I was a Boy Scout leader for 13 years as my son grew up, Sea Scout leader, and I currently serve as President of Morro Bay Police Chief's Advisory's Council. I also serve on the Board of Directors for the Friends of the Morro Bay Fire Department. After a lot of work, we succeeded in helping get the new Morro Bay Fire Department constructed.

If you are interested in moving to the Central Coast or moving from one home here to another, please call me. I will be happy to use my vast real estate and community experience to help you find a property you will love forever! Thanks, Doug Riddell
