The neighborhoods of Cayucos are wonderful places to live. From the north, we have the ocean front homes of Lucerne Drive. Then we hit the downtown area. South of the downtown, we have the hillside area on the left with the popular "lettered" streets and Park Ave. These are where the best views are.

On the west side of Ocean Ave, the main street of town, we have the "numbered" streets and Pacific Ave.

Where the most expensive ocean front homes are found. Further south, we have Studio Drive on the west side. This street also has expensive ocean front homes, but also a variety of nice homes that are only steps from the beach. To the east is a hillside housing area with many view homes.

Cayucos is beloved by its citizens and they love to share their paradise. Come take a look at this wonderful place.
