BOOKING FEE: A $25.00 non-refundable processing fee is automatically charged
upon booking each reservation.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION: There is a 3% fee to use a credit card - Guest authorizes Bayshore Rentals to charge guest's
credit card account for rental, cleaning, processing & deposit charges,
plus any damage expense exceeding the security deposit.
CANCELLATION: If you cancel less than 60 days before your arrival date,
fee is $250.00: cancellation less than 30 days before your arrival date,
the full deposit amount is forfeited. Rent will not be returned if you arrive
a day late or leave a day early from your scheduled departure. Bayshore
Rentals has the right to cancel any reservation if the property is no longer
available for rent or in Bayshore Rentals’ view it is unsafe to rent. Occasionally
guests are moved to different properties without notice.
SIGNED CONFIRMATION REQUIRED Signed confirmation must be received within
5 days of booking or reservation is subject to cancellation. If booking
a reservation within 5 days of arrival, confirmation must be received by
our office within 72 hours prior to arrival or reservation may be cancelled.
Please verify that dates/rates are correct before returning. Guest signing
confirmation is responsible for all damage.
PAYMENT is due 60 days in advance. Cash/Certified Funds/Discover/Amex/Master
Card/Visa accepted.
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: The security deposit will be returned to you
in full, ONLY if the home is left undamaged, and you complete the housekeeping
checklist given to you upon arrival. All expenses incurred in repairing
damages occurring during your stay will be charged to you plus a $25 processing
fee. A fee will be charged if trash is not disposed of properly, dishes
washed and put away. Cash deposits will be refunded within two weeks of
departure.
NON-REFUNDABLE CLEANING FEE is charged for cleaning after guest departs.
This is separate from the security deposit.
TRANSIENT TAX: The City charges a 10% tax and the County charges a 9% tax
on the rent, cleaning fee and booking fee.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: If additional persons are in unit, guest agrees that
deposit is forfeited. This is strictly enforced.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is 3:00 P.M. Check -out time is 11:00
A.M. Keys will only be released to the responsible party unless advance
arrangements have been made with Bayshore Rentals. Guest agrees that late
check-outs are subject to an additional night's rent being charged automatically
unless guest has prior authorization to stay later.
PETS: Unless you have prior authorization, pets are not allowed in any rental
properties. If a pet is found on your rental property without authorization,
all guests and pet(s) will be required to vacate the premises immediately
and guest will forfeit the entire rent and deposit.
NO SMOKING allowed in any of our properties. Cost to remedy smoke odor or
damage is charged to guest
TELEPHONES/CABLE/SATELLITE: If your home is equipped with a telephone, it
is for local and emergency use only. Use your credit card or call collect.
Any additional cable/satellite programming (i.e. "pay per view") available
in home is not for guest use. Guest is responsible for ALL long distance
calls and/or additional television programming appearing on the owner's
bill during their stay plus a $25 service fee.
LOST/UNRETURNED KEYS: If keys are not returned to our office, there is a
$50 key charge against your security deposit. Guest acknowledges receipt
of one set of keys, and accepts responsibility for additional keys issued
to guest or his guests.
LINENS/PAPER GOODS: All kitchen, bath and bed linens are provided as well
as blankets and pillows. Please replace any paper products and soap products
that you use.
EQUIPMENT/APPLIANCES: Each property is individually owned and furnished.
Every effort is made to keep televisions, VCR's, coffee pots, washers, dryers,
etc. (if provided) in good working order, however, Bayshore Rentals does
not guarantee that they will work properly during your stay. If a particular
appliance, utensil, etc., is important to you, we suggest you bring it with
you.
