Real estate and building has been a family occupation for generations.
My grandfather, William Harve Reddell, had his own real estate office in downtown L.A. just after WWII. He and my father, Les Reddell, also built homes in L.A. until both families moved to the San Joaquin Valley.
After a few years of farming in Porterville my dad returned to building.
I was the main block and bent nail picker-upper during my youth.
My father moved our family to Cayucos in 1959 where he continued to build homes until his retirement in 1976.
I graduated from Cal Poly in 1970 and joined my father and brother Dale's building business a year later. By 1973 I had my own building company and continued with it until 1993 when I decided to go into real estate full time.
After three years working for another company, I got a chance to buy a dilapidated old house on Morro Bay Blvd. that was build in 1918. I restored it and turned it into Bayshore Realty with the help of many friends.
I opened Bayshore Realty in May of 1997 with the express purpose of putting together a staff whose highest priority would be customer satisfaction.
I only select agents to work in my office who instinctively treat their customers as they themselves would like to be treated.
Our office staff is friendly and helpful. In sales, we are one of the top rated companies on the coast.
Drop by for a cup of coffee. We would love to meet you and help you become our neighbors.
