Ellen Pool
(Miss Ellie)
Manager

In 1995 my secretary took a leave of absence. Finding a new one with the qualifications I needed would be difficult, but within an hour of the circulation of our local newspaper's classified ads, Ellen came knocking.
She and her husband "Pooly" had just moved here from Chicago. She had managed a real estate office there, knew the King's English, had a keen sense of humor, and more. Much more. Soon she had a California real estate license and not only handled the secretary duties but sold real estate as well.
When we moved into our current office at 560 Morro Bay Blvd. in 1996, she braved the remodeling dust and set about helping me establish a new business in a ninety year old historical house. It wasn't easy. We had thirteen brand new desks, eleven of which were empty.
As we surveyed the empty desks, we decided to fill them with only the best agents, no matter how long it took.
We established a policy that no one would be accepted unless they would put the customer first and their commission last.
We held to it and now Ellen not only manages an office full of great agents, she sells real estate to her great customers.
Ellen is also active in community affairs. She has been an active member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church Vestry and is currently serving as President of the American Association of University Women-- Morro Bay Branch.
Give Ellen (Miss Ellie) a toll free call at 888-401-0800, Ext. 207. You will love her slight English accent, humor and ability to help you find exactly what you want.
