Janne' John

In 1994, my real estate career had taken off and I desperately needed a secretary. Janne' answered the call. As she helped me with the mundane matters of real estate, it became clear she was not a mundane person. My customers loved her insight and help.

I urged her to get her license so she could directly help me with my customers and she did.

I tend to believe what my customers tell me they want, but Janne' has an intuitive ability to understand what a customer really wants or needs.

A great example occurred with a young family who lived in Cayucos several years ago and met while attending Cal Poly. They had found remarkable success working for Microsoft in Seattle but wanted to move back to Cayucos.

I showed them exactly what they said they wanted--hillside homes with fabulous views.

Janne' showed them what they really wanted, a single story home on a large lot with a perfect yard for children just steps from the ocean in downtown Cayucos.

They still live there and they love it.

Janne' has owned several businesses over the years.
