Troy Leage

I have frequented a couple of Morro Bay's favorite seafood restaurants, the Harbor Hut and the Lil' Hut for decades. That's where I met Troy Leage many years ago when he was just a little boy running around trying to help his Mom and Dad and Grandmother Agnes with the restaurants. The family has a long history in abalone & fish processing and restaurant businesses in Morro Bay.

Troy's family set the gold standard for excellent customer service, and when Troy became manager of the restaurants, he continued the family tradition.

Today, Troy and his wife Heather and their two children own and operate the Lil' Hut. When Troy expressed interest in becoming a Realtor, I encouraged him and offered him a place with Bayshore Realty. He was raised in Morro Bay. He knows every piece real estate in town. He knows the people of this community and they respect him.

Since joining our company, Troy has established a solid customer base and a reputation for bringing the tough deals together. Great customer service is his mantra.

When Troy isn't selling real estate or helping his wife with the Lil' Hut, he enjoys surfing and golf and spending time with family.

Despite this busy schedule, Troy makes time to help out in the community. He served for three years on the Harbor Festival Board of Directors, coached basketball and baseball for his sons' teams, and much more.
