Chris Bath

Chris Bath's grandfather, Nick Tancredy, was a plumber who owned a small plumbing shop on Main Street in Morro Bay near the intersection of HWY 1 and HWY 41 back in the '50s and 60's.

My father was a home builder when we moved to the Central Coast in 1959 and they did a lot of business together.

I was just going into the 8th grade in Cayucos and Chris hadn't even been born. Nick was a wonderful man and I loved going into his shop which was full of tools and supplies. Our families became acquainted.

In 1982, Chris's mother, Gail (Tancredy, Bath) Queen, helped my brother Dale and me open a small real estate business in Cayucos. She taught us the real estate ropes.

Gail came by my office open house in 1997 with Chris and mentioned he might be interested in real estate. One day the call came. Chris had gotten his license. That day he came by and picked out a desk, and life hasn't been the same since.

Chris is a natural. He sells property all over the county, where ever his customers want to go.

Chris has been Bayshore's Top Producer, selling more real estate than anyone else, for the

past four years straight. The way he's going, next year he'll own the company.

In addition to working hard for his customers, Chris enjoys his family. He is married and has two beautiful children. When time allows, Chris loves to surf and play golf.
